In my last post, I wrote about the spiritual sickness that has taken hold of our world. Your feedback and encouragement has inspired me to keep writing about how we can together, individually, and collectively help heal this malaise.

So, what can each of us do to help heal this sickness? The only thing any of us can truly do is take responsibility for our own lives. Healing begins by believing in your own goodness and cultivating a willingness to be a voice for love, kindness, and integrity.

It is no small feat to stay conscious of your innate goodness and inner guidance. It’s easy to get caught up in the noise and turmoil of the world. We often make choices based on what we react to, rather than pausing to ask ourselves:“Am I listening to my Creator voice or the Victim voice of fear?”If you stop and listen, you may be surprised by how many inner voices you hear. Becoming aware of these voices is part of the mysterious experience that makes us conscious human beings.

Your Creator voice is the foundation of TED* (*The Empowerment Dynamic)®. Recognizing your Creator essence as your own connection to the spiritual can transform how you understand who you truly are and in turn, how you see others.

The Dreaded Drama Triangle (DDT) roles of Victim, Persecutor, and Rescuer each generate internal voices focused on what’s wrong—what you don’t like about yourself, a situation, or other people. These reactive voices arise from the ego’s longing for security, certainty, and control. They attempt to tamp down uncomfortable emotions but instead create anxiety and drama-filled behavior.

In contrast, the TED* roles of Creator, Challenger, and Coach arise from your higher nature. Your Creator voice speaks when you focus on what inspires you, what you care about and what you want to create. The Challenger voice invites you to tell the truth, to learn, and to grow even when life is hard. Your Coach voice listens deeply, stays curious, and supports you with compassion and healthy boundaries.

I’ve learned that my Creator voice is often a subtle whisper. When I pause, slow down, and take a few heart-focused breaths, I can hear its gentle guidance. The TED* voices are tuned to a station of empowerment, resourcefulness, and kindness toward yourself and others. They carry a quiet sense of truth and well-being, even amid difficulty. If you listen carefully, you will hear your softer, intuitive voice waiting to guide you.

Every one of us can access this inner wisdom—sometimes more clearly than at other times. It doesn’t always offer concrete answers, but when you listen, you realize that answers are less important than trust and the willingness to surrender to the guidance. There is always a safe and wise path forward.

We are living at a crossroads on this planet. Will we choose to live in harmony with one another and with all of life? Will we honor our own innate goodness? Will you live in harmony with yourself?

Your individual voice contributes to the road humanity will take. At any moment—before a conversation, when emotions rise, or as you listen to loved ones—you can pause and tune in to your Creator voice. With practice, it begins to inform your decisions, your thoughts and your focus.

Abide in your Creator essence and allow that voice to guide your life and shape who you are becoming. When you choose—even for a moment—to open to your inner voice of love, the voice of fear and drama begins to soften. As you stabilize yourself in this wholeness, love becomes the guiding intelligence of your mind, while reactivity and fear lose their grip.

When your Creator voice leads, life becomes less about the ego’s questions—How can I get more? How can I look good? How can I gain approval or power? —and more about living in alignment with truth, love, and purpose.

When you value your Creator essence, you gently displace the voice of fear. Over time, your Creator voice steps into the driver’s seat of your mind. And when that voice is running the show, the very meaning and purpose of your life begins to become clearer.

Are you willing to be a voice for love, kindness, respect, and integrity? Are you willing to trust your Creator essence to guide you and help heal our world’s spiritual sickness?

This week, pause often and intentionally listen to the whisper of your Creator voice. Jot down your reflections, perhaps even begin a My Creator’s Voice Journal. As you listen, your inner Creator will grow stronger and more vibrant. The more you listen, the more you’ll remember who you truly are.

After the recent death of primatologist Jane Goodall, a posthumous interview she recorded was released. In the recording, Goodall states that her purpose was to give people hope, especially in dark times. She insists that everyone has a role to play in making a difference.

I take inspiration from Goodall’s words. Our most important job today as Creators is to light the darkness. And when we listen, the light of our true nature will show us the way.

Next week I will write about the Challenger role and how to be a clear and powerful voice for positive change.

Until next time, here’s to the Creator in you.
