Exactly, Anita. It all comes down to choosing where we place our focus. Once we make that choice, the rest follows.

I so love your last 2 blogs – they have really helped me with some current challengers. The fish bowl I have used before but that together with this focus on light reminds me of the inner narrative that needs to be understood in order to choose light – create rather than stagnate. Thank you 🙏🏽

Thank you, Ruby. We really appreciate your comment. We are all Creators at our core, we just have to believe it and harness that energy. May your light continue to shine brightly in the world.

This is a great message. I’ve read similar in many different sources. Do you have any suggestions on how to redirect focus to the positive?

One of the best ways to redirect your focus from negative (Victim) thinking to a positive (Creator) focus is to define in detail what you REALLY want to create in your life. What is the outcome you hope to achieve? Then ask yourself, if I had it, how would I know it? What does it sound like, look like, smell like, feel like? Then, think of one small thing you can do each day (or week) to get you closer to that vision. You can do this anywhere, anytime, but when you’re first starting out, it helps to find a quiet place to relax, take a few deep cleansing breaths, then get started. Reach out and let us know how it goes!
